At JD’C, we are firmly convinced of the fact that a policy of continuous improvement is crucial for ensuring the quality of our products and services, customer satisfaction and the development of our staff. This is why we have been conducting internal and external satisfaction surveys for close to 10 years.

The latest of these surveys took place in the Autumn of 2018. It highlighted some strengths and ways to improve the quality of our services. This resulted in a set of concrete actions aimed at improving our organisation and improving customer satisfaction.
