The Diapason project was launched in late 2018. “It concerns our connectivity department. Its aim is to reduce stress among our workers and improve comfort in the working environment so that production is of a higher quality, more efficient and the client fully satisfied at the end of the process” explained Thomas Schijns, Project Manager.

Divided into 5 steps, Diapason works through a participative approach based on the workers’ contributions. After a listening and process observation phase, the project team focused on the bottlenecks. “We will now work towards identifying tangible solutions aimed at achieving our objectives by the end of the 1st quarter“, said Thomas Schijns.
