Following a European call for tenders launched last July by the Belgian Defence’s Directorate General of Material Resources, JD’C has just been awarded a major contract in support to  the integration and modernization of the communication systems of the legacy fleet of operation vehicles used by the Land Component.

This contract covers a wide spectrum, from the simple supply of connectors, components and cables, through on-call services in the Land Component’s own facilities, to the custom manufacturing of complex harnessing. This cooperation is in line with the outsourcing policy that the General Staff intends to implement in the coming years to compensate for the retirement of its experienced technical staff, while focusing its own resources on its core missions.
